One Cup Cookie Recipe

The other night I was reading up on a few blogs I follow and I came across this recipe on Retromummy's blog. Sadly I didn't have marshmallows, so I just had to put in double chocolate chips...Hubby is super pleased with them and when I said I'd make some more with marshmallows, he didn't like the idea! But they are super easy, you should try them out. Get the recipe here. Hers do look better than mine, but I reckon that's cos they have marshmallows, so next batch I make will have them and Hubby can make his own if he doesn't like it...
